      Pros

      SpaceX is an innovated company that's rapidly changing the aerospace industry, and you really feel like you're a large cog in the machine. Even as an intern, I felt like I was making a massive difference at the company, day in-day out. Plus, you get to work in a rocket factory, which is pretty awesome. Also great food and free espresso bar.

      Cons

      The hours are REALLY long; you should expect to work 50-70hrs/wk. Given that, if you're salaried it doesn't really compensate well for the number of hours you're working. Additionally, while pay is fair, it isn't fantastic (hours aside).

      Pros

      Space Ships, Incredibly Dedicated Ppl , AMAZING Technology and goal that is out of this world! Literally! I have worked for several heavy hitters: GE, Lockheed, P&G etc. but have never had this feeling of I have to work here until will reach this goal! I am so blessed to be working here! Not to mention I love my boss! That has never happened to me before either! Remember ppl work for ppl !

      There are long hours as we all know but its not like you are looking at the clock, its like you are running a marathon and see a station to get re-energized for your next mile, you are excited to see it but you are more so ready to get back in there!

      Pros

      Free snacks & drinks. Constant rocket engine testing. Awesome Christmas parties. Yearly swim night. The company flourishes on self-motivation with minimal supervision. It also welcomes innovations and efficiency improvements.

      Cons

      Long hours, but you know this going in. The rewards are well worth the time sacrifice.
