      Pros

      Great opportunity to grow. Chill environment to learn hands on. It can get pretty hectic, but you have time to breathe and assess the situation. Management has been supportive of learning curve. People in general have been supportive when asking questions. I love the goals and aspirations of SpaceX. I always want to strive to be better and proficient.

      Fluid, Ever Developing, Open minded, inclusive, respectful, very considerate of others and your personal needs for the sake of developing a healthy and content employee, while maintaining a good business balance.

      Cons

      Policy can be confusing, as it is every changing. It can be difficult for new hires to understand right away the balance between doing the best for the company vs the customer.
