Zero work/life balance. Your time belongs to SpaceX High employee turnover. First line leaders are scape goats for failure to meet impossible deadlines. Disconnected senior leadership - nothing flows from the top. Ownership is looked down on. The blame game rules. Deadline chicken is the norm.
