- You get to go after goals that most companies would either find impossible or would not be able to fund. - Nearly everyone you work with is a rock star and is highly motivated towards our goals. - Benefits are good and the stock growth has been life changing.

Cons

- There is no work life balance depending on where you are in the company. Crazy long hours and very regular late night calls with Elon take a massive toll. Recently attrition has been very bad.

Under values employees The most you will make is the day you hire in. Wages don't keep up with inflation. Employees are expected to work in dangerous conditions on top of another during a pandemic. Sacrifice yourself for elon's vanity project. Caps the amount you can buy in stock while elon makes most of it. Fails to compensate employees when employees reach set goals.
