      Pros

      The passion I see in this company cannot be compared to any other company I have worked for. For the first time I can truly say that I love what I do. I won't say that I love every day and it's always roses, but I can truly say that I am very proud of the company I work for and every launch I'm reminded that the work I'm putting in is changing the world.

      Cons

      The long hours have improved, but there is still room for improvement. The work-life balance is rough at times. Although the pay is not competitive, the stock options are incredible. My salary is mediocre, but I'm pretty confident I will leave this company with a small fortune.

      Pros

      Cool being able to touch something that's been in Space. Also, cool meeting astronauts and celebrities.

      Cons

      Very cliquey with some employees. Work life Balance sucks No Set hours Very dangerous working conditions, getting out of lifts over the rocket while not being clipped in, etc. If they bring you on as a contractor and hire you full time, watch your hourly rate drop by a good margin.
