      Pros

      Extremely passionate work environment. Everybody loves their jobs. Great stock opportunities, it has doubled in my time there already (knock on wood)! With no ceilings in sight. Great career progression, always looking out for your best interests career-wise. Work life balance varies depending where you work, but it has improved drastically since I started. Still requires a significant amount of hours, but not an unmanageable amount. Work on rockets every day. Enough said.

      Cons

      Very R&D at the moment, so not a lot of structure. But this is part of the fun. Pay starts off at a median level, but yearly increases and stock increases make it very worth it. I make more here now than I would have elsewhere with a higher starting salary.
