      Pros

      You get to wear yoga pants and sneakers to work. You get to ride in classes for free and bring along a friend. They start you at a great rate and is overall a very fun place to work!

      Cons

      SoulCycle is opened very early (5:00 AM) and 365 days a year. This means you will be working holidays; however, not for the entirety of the day.

      Amazing company culture, complimentary rides at studios all over the country, speedy growth within the company.

      Cons

      Management asks part-time front desk to go above and beyond for a noncompetitive wage. There is little understanding for those who have full-time careers outside of their PT role at SoulCycle.

      Taking class for free, getting out to spread the word about soulcycle around the neighborhood

      Cons

      Managers can be very rude and very demanding and sometimes do not know how to treat employees, Riders can as well be very rude and think they are always right. I worked at the Miami COGA Studio and the environment was very not real. Everyone seemed to very fake with one another especially managers that would speak behind everyones back
