Met a lot of amazing people at Soul Cycle. Does not pay that much, but what do you expect. Free classes at perks as well. You can really work on your schedule. Yung environment where you will meet great people.

Cons

Some customers can be rude, but that's with everywhere you work.

- Great corporate partnerships and benefits (including free rides) -Generally fun, light-hearted work environment (lots of events/social gatherings, etc.) - A fast-paced + intriguing working environment with a decent opportunity to grow with the company

Cons

- The speed at which the company (nation-wide is growing) is too fast given current studios success (i.e. focus in on nailing hospitality, quality of classes, and studio functionality before building a new studio down the road.) -Staff is often lacking race and socio-economic competency --doesn't come up a ton but does impact marketing and how FD and management interact with the riders

Pros

Soul is an ideal part time job - casual fun work environment with awesome girls that will become your friends. Free classes and you can make great connections with the riders.

Cons

Pay is bad considering the pre-dawn start times, the amount of sweat you have to mop up, sweaty shoes you spray, and holidays you're expected to work. Riders can be extremely difficult when high expectations are not met. And corporate is very unsupportive.
