Most toxic work environment I have ever been a part of. Upper management is an absolute joke. Studio managers are on salary and are completely taken advantage of - being required to work well over 40 hours per week and not allowed to leave the studios locked so completely unable to leave for a lunch break. Regional leadership was completely unresponsive unless she had something negative to say. This job took years off my life and leaving this company was the best thing I ever did. Mental health sky rocketed as well as my paycheck taking a job with a different company.
