Soulcycle is an amazing brand and a lot of fun to be a part of. Staff can ride for free and there are other great perks

Cons

Opening shifts can be as early as 5:00AM; work is tedious; sometimes you run into high profile clients who are needy

Pros

Large sense of community. Good exposure to teamwork and having to think / act quickly. Amazing for networking no matter what field you are trying to break into.

Cons

The hours can be difficult if you are not prone to waking up before 6am or getting home after 9pm.

Great culture and fun coworkers! Free workout classes and nice name on you resume.

Cons

The corporate workload is very heavy due to a high turnover rate in upper management. There are too many project initiatives going on and often does not get finished due to people leaving! Certain departments are overworked and under recognized. It is very clear that certain departments are more favored than others.
