      - Great connections from people who come through the door - free classes and discounts on merch - sometimes good coworkers

      Cons

      - toxic environment - corporate doesn't communicate with field team - cliques - feels like high school - classist within the work environment, but in the sense that if you aren't struggling paycheck to paycheck then you are not worthy of being friends with because you wont be at the company long

      Terrible Management that would bully and manipulate the instructors Compensation/Growth structure was far too subjective that managers could choose is you got promoted pure based on if they liked you or not.
