      free classes, amazing instructors, and fun events

      Cons

      mistreatment Full of drama! You heard right- soul cycle will bully you out if you don't classify as "fun" enough. Never in my life has someone treated me like this. If you have a brain and don't act like a 14-year-old child at work this probably isn't a good fit.

      Pros

      Amazing culture, snacks, flavored waters, free classes, discount on retail and everyone is very motivated

      Cons

      The company is growing at such a quick pace and they are unequipped with balancing the workload of the current employees. Not all teams are created equally and the preference for the teams are very obvious.
