Business Outlook
Pros
SoulCycle is such a fun and stimulating place to work. There is always some challenge to take on or some dance party to create. The atmosphere and the people are what make it for me though. The clients are a blast, my coworkers are a bunch of goofballs and my manager is too.
Cons
The pay is not fantastic for any position under management, but the perks of the job offset that(at least for me)
