      Ride for free, guest free, trade with other studios like Barry’s etc.

      Cons

      New, most likely will join a team full of hierarchy and politics based on how long you’ve been riding. The pay is absolutely terrible and the riders can be actually evil. There’s absolutely no growth in the company once you become keyholder and it’s like a $.40 raise there’s no more movement. There’s only one assistant and one studio manager.
