Fun but not a long term gig

Pros

Coworkers are a lot of fun, free classes, unconventional work hours (I saw this as a positive!)

Cons

Instructors can be super high maintenance (at my studio, we often had to park their cars and walk their dogs while they taught), and expectations of managers to deal with crazy situations are really high but pay is way too low for what they put up with. Career wise- most people were there for a good time, not a long time.
