Pros

everyone is super friendly. non competitive work environment. very much a community with both staff and riders. the benefits are awesome if you like riding or working out in general. very positive energy.

Cons

sometimes riders are uninformed and get frustrated with policies. cleaning jobs that can be less than exciting and odd. its not hard work, but you have to work hard. the pay is on the lower end for what the job is.

Pros

Family environment. Corporate trainings with awesome corporate executives. Positive environment, friendly co-workers and clients (for the most part). Free classes. Throw a lot of fun parties and events.

Cons

Management is over worked and under paid. Management expects you to go along with everything they say, and although "encourage" new ideas, they prefer not to hear them. "Work/life" balance is often preached, although unrealistic. Higher-ups expect immediate email response whether or not it is your day off and/or you're out of town.

Pros

Got to work in a high-energy, fun environment while developing strong relationships with riders and coworkers. Being able to ride for free was a huge bonus while working part time!

Cons

Working the early shifts were tough, but you got used to it quickly.
