-Emphasizing the importance of community -Integrating interpersonal skills as a necessity -Extremely vibrant, welcoming, safe space for riders and employees -Complimentary rides/classes along with free shoe rental -Transparency in the company's values; maintaining the "on-brand" look

Cons

-Early mornings, most classes start at 6 am while some studios start at 5 am.

Field Teams are like family, huge divide between HQ and studios

Pros

work with some amazing people, come face to face with riders and get to know them on a personal level, get to represent this company, celebrating birthdays and souliversaries is wonderful and being able to partake in that experience for a rider is great.

Cons

there's a definite difference between those that work at HQ and those in the field, some of the SOPs that are created aren't really logical for how things actually go down in the studio, riders can be rude and abusive and the overall feelings about it is that field staff is just supposed to accept that.
