All my co-workers felt like family and made it so fun coming to work every day - even the riders felt like family because I would see them every day. It was a fun and supportive environment and I loved working there. There are also amazing perks to working at SoulCycle!

Cons

Depending on what studio you work at it may be hard to find shift times that work with your schedule based on timing of Soul classes.
