      Pros

      Amazing community and staff. The most loving team I have had the pleasure of working with. Unique management opportunity because each studio is run like it's own business.

      Lack of direction and growth opportunities. There was barely a development plan or path to roles outside studio management.

      upbeat, supportive environment, great relationship building potential with clients, close relationships with co-workers, fast-paced, full of bright spaces and music.

      Cons

      some favoritism among higher ups, very hard to grow if not a "favorite", lots of bad press for the company in recent years, close relations between employees sometimes creates drama, quite a bit of turnover due to part-time aspect, in some studios there is a weird culture of "worshipping" the talent.
