Great people! There are so many wonderful people who work for SoulCycle; it's a joy to get to work with everyone here. Everyone is working towards a common goal (of growing and building the company), which makes for a supportive and team-oriented environment. Working for a company that's growing naturally provides countless opportunities to be exposed to new projects and challenges, which allows you to grow as a professional.

Cons

This is not be the place for you if you're someone who loves stability and wants a very "black and white" job description with low expectations. If you're a high performer, have a good work ethic and like a challenge (while working with a good team), work at SoulCycle!

You work with friends and have lots of fun while gaining valuable skills in organization, customer service and experience, multi tasking in a fast paced environment. Riding is free as an employee!

Cons

Hours can be tough, early mornings late nights. We work on holidays so people can ride with the community on special days!

Great atmosphere, very fun employees that are hardworking, free workout classes, great relationships between managers and front desk staff.

Cons

Overlooking of employees that are slacking, having to work holidays, difficult customers, early mornings and late nights, disconnect between retail staff and corporate.
