      Pros

      Good healthcare benefits. Able to work out and stay fit.

      Cons

      Worked non-stop. No work life balance. Managed a part-time staff that didn’t take job seriously enough so scheduling was always a headache.

      Fun environment, flexible schedule. Studio management care about employees and their personal wellbeing

      Cons

      Management expects you to treat the rich people different, even if they are extremely rude and disrespectful. Management will let customers be rude as long as long as they aren't abusive. But the microaggressions from customers will not be addressed if they frequently visit or have a-lot of money
