Fun work environment You get to meet a lot of great people and build a community The job can be tough depending on the studio but it teaches you a lot and you walk away with important job skills Amazing uniform- who doesn't love leggings! Free classes

Cons

Turnover is high, mostly due to pay/salary Not a lot of growth opportunities for those in studio management, could be another reason for high turnover. Early mornings (5:30am) Work/life balance can be tough for management

Amazing community and staff. The most loving team I have had the pleasure of working with. Unique management opportunity because each studio is run like it's own business.

Cons

Lack of direction and growth opportunities. There was barely a development plan or path to roles outside studio management.
