      Pros

      Pretty flexible part-time hours, you get to work as a team and as a result become close with other team members, a fun atmosphere that celebrates both riders and staff, and free classes / free guests

      Cons

      There's not much allowance for growth within the company. The front desk is essentially a cleaning crew and a lot of our job is cleaning bathrooms, toilets, dirty bikes, etc. Even as a key holder you are only paid the slightest bit more than front desk for having more responsibility

      Pros

      - Great partnerships with surrounding boutique fitness businesses (CorePower, Barry's, discounts with local food vendors) - Great people to work with - Easy job - In-studio and online discount - Can ride at any Soul studio in the world

      Cons

      - Constant shift in management, and when it happens, the studio staff has little support in transition - Sometimes, KH has to fulfill manager tasks that aren't in job description. KH is supposed to support and assist managers, not become them.
