      Clean environment. Plenty of experienced people to get valuable advice from. Scope for career progression.

      Sometimes pointless emails received. Departments need to communicate with each other more often.

      Some good product and employee discounts. Flexible hours depending on the department you work in.

      Cons

      Salary is not up to industry standards. Negotiating raises is also not done. If you have a competitive offer, the management will not negotiate with you. Not much in terms of rewards for hard work. No room to grow.
