Pros
Some good product and employee discounts. Flexible hours depending on the department you work in.
Cons
Salary is not up to industry standards. Negotiating raises is also not done. If you have a competitive offer, the management will not negotiate with you. Not much in terms of rewards for hard work. No room to grow.
