      Pros

      Nice open work culture but not a very innovative work place. Has become to big.

      Cons

      Very inefficient organization in general. The work is also way to separated into functions and that created products that have less value and less efficiency.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to think about international markets. Company has a history of innovation and if you like building cool stuff, more chances are that you'd be encouraged to work on them.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical structure as you'd expect of most of the Japanese companies. Decision making is slow. Inward looking, difficult to capitalize on innovative designs and fails to market them.
