Lots of opportunities to think about international markets. Company has a history of innovation and if you like building cool stuff, more chances are that you'd be encouraged to work on them.
Cons
Very hierarchical structure as you'd expect of most of the Japanese companies. Decision making is slow. Inward looking, difficult to capitalize on innovative designs and fails to market them.
