Pros

Some great people and some smart leaders Opportunity to work some of the latest technology and devices Opportunity to work with a variety of teams across the organization

Cons

SNEI is experiencing growing pains. As the organization has expanded they have recently adopted a framework known as SAFE (Scaled Agile). This has helped to facilitate collaboration between teams, however it has come at a substantial cost. Many engineering teams have been forced to designate dual role responsibilities for developers and qa engineers to fill the SAFE roles. (Scrum Master and Product Owner). This sort of work would ideally be done by Program or Product Managers, and is not optimal for someone that wants to focus on engineering duties.
