      Pros

      Nice and friendly working environment. My supervisor provides his help as much as possible to my project and the outcome of the project is very good. We have one paper published and one patent filed. The company's benefits for employer is good as well.

      Cons

      Because of Sony's financial state, it's difficult to get a full-time position there.

      Good place to work overall. Executive management is nearly all men. Young, talented, fun people to work with. Nice campus

      Sony is playing catch-up to the rest of the industry. The brand remains strong, but resources are thin and long term strategy is sometimes in question
