      Pros

      Very good benefits, and lot's of freedom in how to do your work. Room for initiatives and a good culture of openness and sharing. Very competent employees and good managers.

      Cons

      With a lot of consensus seeking the process often take too long. US market needs are not acted upon, and often not fully understood by global. After the downsizing the company has been struggling to find it's way back, because some of the structural problems have yet to be resolved.

      It's a huge consumer electronics company where you can work on several projects.

      Cons

      Strategy doesn't exist and so your personal proposals are more than welcome. Too many people on the way to reach your objective and too much bureaucracy.
