      We don't have to deal with daily commute, We feel less stressed and more focused while being here with our families.

      Communication and collaboration might be a challenge when there's a typhoon due to connection lost with other members.

      Pros

      Support Shepherd allowed me to continuously witness my daughter's milestones! How? Because I am working from home! Thank you so much to this generous company that treats its employees as family. I am truly blessed to work with Shepherd! :)

      Cons

      Because I am working from home, I don't get to be with my teammates (physically) on a regular basis. But our relationship is still tight nonetheless.

      I used to work for a company that had a bad notion regarding working from home and has limited leave credits for employees during emergency situations. 1. Support Shepherd gave me the chance to spend more time with my son and focus on his well-being because of the company's work-from-home setup. 2. The challenge of connecting with your colleagues in remote work is inevitable. But, the HR team creates really fun and riveting activities to maintain the company culture. I didn't feel left out when I started because everyone was so accommodating. 3. The training and tools that Support Shepherd is using are advanced and substantial.
