      Pros

      Support Shepherd allowed me to continuously witness my daughter's milestones! How? Because I am working from home! Thank you so much to this generous company that treats its employees as family. I am truly blessed to work with Shepherd! :)

      Cons

      Because I am working from home, I don't get to be with my teammates (physically) on a regular basis. But our relationship is still tight nonetheless.

      The recruiter was very professional kept me updated the entire process, very approachable and they respond very quick to emails
