The company is welcoming and uplifting. They are supportive, open for feedback and willing to help you if you need. They will help you improve/develop your skills and career growth as well. Also, it's a permanent work from job where you can juggle being a mom and excelling in your career at the same time.

Support Shepherd's been a great blessing to me. I am enjoying the work from home set up and love it that I have a job with a purpose - helping my Filipino brothers and sisters with their employment.

Cons

Only con is that I don't get to see my workmates enough.
