1. Great Company Culture 2. Proper work balance 3. Great Support System 4. Reasonable Salary 5. Encourages Career Growth 6. Approachable Management 7. No Micromanagement I can list a whole lot more but all I say is I am happy with this company.

I can't pick on anything that's wrong with how I started my application up to working with them. I got the feeling of culture shock in a really positive way!

Permanent work-from-home, work-and-life harmony, and everything in between! Definitely, the best company I've been to!

Cons

Since it's a remote job, we don't see each other face to face and I can't get along with all of my colleagues, but we make it to a point to see everyone during our Friday huddles.
