basically just the salary and remote work

Cons

employees no not come first for solvo. not growing opportunities, no raises, vacations must be approved by the client and they were not very excited when we requested vacations. the do not like you to get sick

Pros

My team was super nice, both solvo team and 'client team'. Everyone are kind are prepared to help in case you need it. They were flexible with some of my work hours during my team in college.

Cons

Solvo doesn't really motivates employees to become something else, to improve. Personally I think they are cheap with employees, there is a 3 month bonus to buy some clothes in local stores, but besides that there is not really more insentives for employees, except for the refering program
