We have implemented a results-driven salary distribution approach, ensuring fair compensation for everyone (In 2023, we addressed over 400 instances of gender-based salary disparities proactively.). Over the past year, we addressed this topic through different programs like Yearly increases for everyone or an Employee Referral program for everyone (typically 1 month of local minimum wage per referral).
