The company had great values which we lived by each day during our operations, collaborative team work, ethically driven company.

Cons

The company had nothing in specification regarding which i had any serious issues...by and large it was a great place to work

Solid, stable company with a rich legacy. Good work environment and very R&D focused with a strong innovation pipeline. Scientific culture but much more vibrant since the completion of the merger with Rhodia in 2011.

Cons

Compensation is fair but often below competition.
