      Average pay, pension matching contribution, invest in facilities, health & safety.

      Cons

      Management useless, management no industry experience, yes men with no back bone, satellite site, No HR on site, useless with procedure, no training for operators, no progression opportunity, more chiefs than Indians. Selfish people after corporate benefits.

      Toxic place. Be prepared to work at 200% and put up with everything from harassment to flat out disrespect.

      I can’t think of enough to even fill the 20 word minimum. The pay is decent and that is all.

      The environment is terrible Micromanaging in certain departments Huge amount of disrespect Harassment Incredibly high work load and no new employees, only replacements Unrealistic expectations
