      Regular breakdown of machines, when they are up and can regularly run with staff that have not had sufficient training. Poor work life balance

      Time off can be effectively managed.

      Cons

      Company claims self directed workforce but is not implemented. Supervisors that have less experience tend to direct without safety knowledge. Communication is dependent upon interpretation of supervisors.
