      Useless management. Greedy self centered shift leaders. Under qualified staff. No progression opportunity. distinct lack of training. hide health & safety incidents to obtain bonuses.

      Pros

      Great Collaboration with working with various teams to assist on getting invoices paid, whether it was reaching out the carriers, purchasing, logistics and finance teams. Great team to work with who were interested in helping you achieve.

      Cons

      Management who had no background in logistics, accounting, and management experience to provide you assistance or support. Was left to figure out a lot on my own which the help of the other department heads or team members.
