      If you are career and money driven this is good, since we got upsell programs.. and incentives

      Depends on your workmates on your shift if they “steal” your upsell, you need to properly write alerts with your name cos everyone is working on his or her own upsell and got targets. OVERTIME IS INEVITABLE. Briefing takes 20-30mins EVERY TIME so you cannot balance your cash float and transactions outside especially if there are guests in line for check in or check out, ughhhh it takes 1-2hrs OT especially on Sat and Sun, no one will relieve u exact time when you are gonna get off work so take note
