great benefits and complementaries from Sofitel to discounts in Accor hotels and other partnerships, as well as 1 night per year free at the hotel. People are great, great disposition and will.

Cons

Payroll, and the Talent and Culture department had some very unreasonable ways to deal and communicate sometimes. There were times when they even dismissed people's rights, causing multiple complaints and even lawsuits against the hotel, for unlawful practice. Also the personal rotation was very high, after 6 months almost 35% of the kitchen staff changed.
