The only pros is the handful of great people you meet.

Cons

Over worked, low pay, not appreciated. You're just a warm body. #1 Terrible ungrateful lazy management. She only comes to work when she feel like it. Hires most of her family for the higher paid positions. She Acts nice to your face and well stab you in the back. Talks about everybody badly. Threatens your livelihood. She is salary and comes to work about 10 days out of 30. The list goes on

Pros

The work schedules are convenient. Gain PTO and sick hours. Benefits are good but the health insurance is a little pricey but okay. Offers Hinge Health and tele-doc from insurance.

Cons

Management only appreciates non-workers and won't fired them. Will take advantage of making you work two jobs without hiring replacements. Very rarely will get a raise. Will terminate you from having a point system. Easy to get burnout.

Quite a relaxed and chill work environment to work in with friendly colleagues. Good place to build your profile and grow in the industry.

Cons

Supply Chain Lead for Food team is someone who is very toxic, micromanages, and plays political games. She has caused many people who have worked with her to leave the company. HR tends to side with the Leads/Managers when complains/feedbacks from the ground were received about said Lead/Manager.
