      Pros

      The only pro is being able to take home mediocre food at the end of the day.

      Cons

      This job was full of cons. The management team had no care for their employees. When you called out because you were sick, they would get very angry and talk about you to your coworkers. I was sick, and could not stop vomiting, my manager begged me to come into work. Working in a hospital where others are trying to recover, last thing you would think your manager would want is you coming in sick.

      Some skilled and experienced people within operational & HR positions.

      Cons

      Very high turn over of staff at all levels. Decisions are made with only profit in mind. Change is always poorly implemented A lot of effort is put into positive internal and external communications about the company values, but the reality is very different.
