      Pros

      Flexible shifts, great co-workers, friendly outgoing customers at my particular account, short commute, low hiring standard, free meals.

      Cons

      Poorly Managed, low pay, no communication, little room for advancement, high turnover rate, no benefits program, low expectations.

      Laid back but productive atmosphere

      Pros

      Welcoming, diverse atmosphere with the opportunity to make many connections and interactions. Can be fast-paced and fun. Management is fun and easy-going most of the time, and the overall environment is positive. People are very helpful and willing to take responsibility for their actions an work.

      Cons

      Sometimes a little slow and customers can become cranky, but that is the nature of working in food and services. Can become monotonous at times, and can be overly hectic at other times.

      Pros

      International company, good benefits if you get full time, room for advancement if you at get to reach a level of power

      Cons

      Poor management (at least at the one in Norfolk). They expect you to do your job and then some without even a slight increase in pay or offering a full time position.
