      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. I worked there as a student and they were great about scheduling around my classes.

      Cons

      Absolutely no training. On my first day, I arrived and they told me I would be closing by myself. I have no problem closing, but not by myself on my first day of work.

      Long hours, Dictators in Upper management, Unfair Pay. Hire and promote friends. Openly shows favoritism. Two manager make all the decision. Threaten employees. limited advancement for minorities and women.
