Overall a well run company with great benefits and good people.

Cons

Upper management changes often. What was once a stable company it began to seem like after every COO changed all priorities changed too and this occurs every 1-2 years.

Food is good, when they make it...don't have to worry about forgetting your lunch. NO OTHER PROS

Cons

Management will take credit for everything...even if they didn't fix the situation, they will take the credit for it. Were requiring...not asking us to work 14 hours a day 7 days a week. If you get burnt out and need a day off, you get punished for it...maybe even written up.

Only good thing about working here was my coworkers, the place sucks the life out of you.

Cons

Management is horrible, starting at supervisor level and going up. As long as the numbers look good, they don't care about the employees. The weak employee who rat on others get ahead, good workers get worked to death and forced out. Corrupt company!! Especially DTW!
