Pros

The schedule is flexible which is a great thing for millennial's, also there is so much experience in the airline catering business that you can learn so much in a short amount of time. The last thing is the company is a global company which provides great opportunity for global interactions.

Cons

The only con I came across while working here was that the talent is so elite that they can teach the beginning steps of learning how to use systems or resources. There also needs to be more significance in the education of their people, while they are great at what they do they cant grow holistically to benefit the company.

Pros

Learned some thing about the airline business.

Cons

The pay was low and the work hour was long. The management was rude. Felt like I was treated as a object. By the time I left the company, most people who were hired at the same time also left. Some managers left too. Like the other one said the turn over rate was high in this company. Not recommend to work there.

Pros

-Somewhat challenging projects. -Close to home

Cons

-The whole system is dysfunctional. People who are not educated (regular manufacturing staff) is treated terribly with no regard for their feelings. -People are never recognized unless you are a "teacher's pet". -Management believes they are better than everyone. No focus on developing the manufacturing staff, or for that matter any other folks even other managers. -Incredibly bad work-life balance. I remember I worked well over 16 hours everyday. -Absolutely no way to move up. If you want to learn more, you get shut down quickly. -Absolutely no company culture and no values/vision to align employees to. Just absolutely a mess.
