Pros

free food, sometimes a laid back place to work at, environment could be fun when the big wigs aren't walking the floor. getting to work around planes after passing the classes to get your AOA badge.

Cons

they overwork you. They will put you in one position but have you doing different position for low pay. you can easily be blamed for the smallest things and people are out to lookout for themselves. They'll be quick to throw you to the wolves so they won't get in trouble or fired for their mistake.

Pros

Decent pay if you are at or above Supervisor level. Excellent benefits package and a nice yearly bonus if your department does well. People are great....you see them so much they are like your second family. Free lunch everyday. I would come in early and have a free breakfast as well. Great exposure to other cultures.

Cons

Not so good work life balance. You are paid a decent salary but you are at work 60 hours a week including weekends and holidays. Employees below you are paid an awful hourly wage and expected to perform miracles. You cannot help them because it against union rules. Upper management views only numbers, and wants you to do the same. The operation is always going wrong and you are being blamed for it. When you try to make changes, no one listens.

Pros

company invests into its management staff It seeks bright sparks so if you're looking to have your ideas put into practice, this is great environment for such

Cons

The company performance is largely influenced by the airline industry which continues to face cost concerns. A lot of good effort in an operational centre can be wiped out by a new crisis. Current business model is a cost to airlines which suggests that the products continues to be stripped further and further translating into reduced revenues.
