Pros

Most of the people are friendly Decent pay Free meals occasionally Flexible working hours

Cons

More senior employees can be difficult to work with. There is an insane amount of politics especially working with American Airlines. Any problems in the workplace are dealt with by senior management either complaining about it, or sweeping it under the rug rather than addressing and fixing the issue.

Pros

free meal daily, never a dull moment, 12 hour shift goes by quick...

Cons

very unorganized. Training to cater planes and coordinating is poor at best. this company has a culture of screaming to communicate, high stress. the learning is mostly tribal knowledge and changes making it more difficult to build your flights. Mgmt. is a good ole boys club. the place would benefit with some six sigma and some lean reorganization. SAFETY is just a pencil whip program. night drivers are usually drunk by 2-4 am and no way to call them out on it due to nature of safety program and safety MGRs 9-5 workday. tons of paperwork and issues on the airside of airport out of your control. you want an airline catering job, look elsewhere. Be prepared to work 10-12 hour days more often than an 8 hour day.

Pros

Can not identify anything that would be a reason to continue employment with this company, other than having a constant unobtainable challenge.

Cons

Managers are given goals that are impossible to make, and not given the tools necessary to come close to reaching goals. This is a company that views the workforce as an inhuman asset. There is probably not another corporation in the world who has a lower regard for associates and mid level management.
